About Us

Middleton Elementary School serves students in PreK through fifth grades and is part of South Washington County Schools. Teachers and staff members at Middleton Elementary School are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Students at Middleton Elementary School are encouraged to grow academically, socially and emotionally in a positive and supportive environment.

Middleton Elementary School has a comprehensive curriculum which is supported by a positive behavior system called SOAR. The SOAR system centers around safety, organization, accountability and respect.

Students at Middleton Elementary School have many opportunities to take part in fine arts through participation in art, band, choir and orchestra. There are also a variety of clubs for students to join.

Teachers at Middleton Elementary School personalize learning for students by building relationships. Each student meets with their teacher before the start of the school year and teachers continue to work one-on-one with students during the year.

Middleton Elementary School welcomes community involvement and hosts several community events during the year. The school also has an active and welcoming Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
