Aquatics

Community Education offers a wide range of aquatic opportunities for community organization and members of all ages, including swimming lessons, water exercise, American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid certification courses, Lifeguard and Basic Water Rescue certifications, recreational open swim opportunities, and pool rental.

Adult Swimming Lessons

Classes are available for teens and adults who are beginners or who simply wish to improve their strokes.

Certifications and Safety

Learn how to help prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies with classes such as basic water rescue to lifeguard training.

Early Learners (Ages 1-5)

It is important for children to learn the importance of water safety at an early age. 

Fitness

Enjoy the cardiovascular, strength-training, and low impact benefits of exercising while in the water. South Washington County Community Education provides a wide variety of aquatic exercise opportunities including; lap swim, deep water walking, shallow water walking, and aqua jogging. Open Swim

SoWashCo Schools Community Pool hosts recreational open swim opportunities in which diving boards, swim toys and lap lanes are available for swimmers of all ages. (Currently unavailable)

Pool Rental

SoWashCo Schools pools are available to rent for parties and special events. 

Youth Swimming Lessons

Classes are available for youth ages 5 to 14 years of age at varying skill levels.
